On Road to Tirumala

Pilgrims going to Tirumala by road in own/hired vehicle have to pay toll tax at the Toll Gate (both for entrance and exit) as per the following:
 

Own Car (5+1)

Rs.15/-

Jeep (Mobile, Sumo, Tempo, Trax)

Rs. 30/-

Hired Cars (5 + I)

Rs. 25/-

Hired Jeeps (8 + I)

Rs. 50/-

Two Wheelers

Rs. 2/-

The ghat road is closed for traffic between 12 midnight and 3 a.m.

Toll Gate at Alipiri

Vehicles with a maximum capacity of 16 persons only are allowed on the ghat roads.

Please travel in roadworthy vehicles on the ghat roads. Please check up your brakes before starting on the ghat road.

Non-vegetarian food (including eggs),liquor and other

intoxicants and smoking are strictly prohibited on the sacred hills. Please co-operate in preserving the sanctity of the sacred seven hills.
